Most people working remotely work from their homes, and their working space and living space are the same. This may seem strange, but if I must maintain the same routine as the office, then there is no point in having a remote job. But it is not true. Working remotely saves you from office chatter, traffic time, and long meetings, saving your time, energy, and transportation costs. Maintaining an office routine will help you increase productivity and manage your work-life balance as part of a remote workforce. This ensures that you have a starting and ending point in your remote job. You do not have to sit on your laptop and work all day, harming your work-life balance. Take coffee, lunch breaks, and close your office work after the office time is over.  

Have separate areas for work and play

According to an article published by Forbes magazine, having a separate place for work and play helps you move from working mode to playing mode. The article further says that changing the environment is extremely important for improving mental health and getting out of the working zone. Once your working hours end, you should come out of your workplace and enjoy your social life.
