This ensures that you have a starting and ending point in your remote job. You do not have to sit on your laptop and work all day, harming your work-life balance. Take coffee, lunch breaks, and close your office work after the office time is over.  

Have separate areas for work and play

According to an article published by Forbes magazine, having a separate place for work and play helps you move from working mode to playing mode. The article further says that changing the environment is extremely important for improving mental health and getting out of the working zone. Once your working hours end, you should come out of your workplace and enjoy your social life.
