Client
CEMEX launched a new initiative that gave purpose to build a better future for their customers, shareholders and communities. CEMEX works hard to develop and deliver the best solutions in cement, ready-mix, and aggregates, so they can transform ideas into reality. This new initiative, Superior Customer Experience, was a way for them to succeed as a company by making their customers succeed. This creates a sustainable value by providing industry-leading products and solutions to satisfy the construction needs for their customers around the world.

The goal for this corporate branding was to communicate to CEMEX’s internal team and customers an initiative that would strive to continue their journey of being the best company within their industry to offer the best customer experience. The global reach of this visual identity launched in over 25+ countries, so it had to be translated in over ten languages.
How we help them
The solution
Our approach to show that this is a customer-first and a customer-centric initiative was to encompass both the end user and CEMEX’s specialized team. Graphically, we merged both of these concepts by using an end user which is represented in the middle of the circle and a fingerprint that represente the strong work ethic embedded in the company’s DNA. This created a symbol that was culturally friendly around the globe and was in-line with the company’s look and feel.
