Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC) is the only global cyber intelligence sharing community solely focused on financial services. Serving financial institutions and in turn their customers, the organization leverages its intelligence platform, resiliency resources and a trusted peer-to-peer network of experts to anticipate, mitigate and respond to cyber threats. FS-ISAC is headquartered in the US, with offices in the UK and Singapore.

The goal

The challenge

The initial challenge was to re-brand the corporate identity flexible enough to work on traditional media but that would also translate in its digital ecosystem. The brand needed to represent its three main core values: Intelligence, Resilience and Trust. Even though the original identity lasted for over twenty years, we decided to re-imagine it’s core element which was graphically represented by the original eye symbol and updating its color palette to a more vibrant digital version.

The solution

The iconography used was a three tiered gradient eye symbol that would represent its three core values and the company’s unique knowledge to be the trusted expert for all things on cybersecurity threats.

The initial insights were gathered by the internal stakeholders and feedback from existing clients.

    FS-ISAC’s identity needed to evolve and be consistent in its new suite of digital products and tools.

    The new brand’s strategy was to create a robust infrastructure for many of the dashboards used for key cybersecurity alerts and indicators.

    The brand’s identity needed to be vibrant enough to look updated in its digital environment, but also have an extensive brand language that could be used for many on-site summits.
